一、概述
Ⅰ.Overview
  1.1主机
1.1 Main engine   
   主机有大夹具(红、黑)两个,红(黑)夹具的接线端均固定在面板的后方,以方便开关的控制。

蓄电池活化仪(以下简称活化仪),是一款多功能型蓄电池维护维修检测的设备,是对蓄电池进行日常维护不可缺少的好帮手。设备体积小,方便移动操作。在电力、金融、通信、军队、汽车、地铁、大型工厂等行业有着广泛的应用。

The size of equipment is small , so it is convenient to move and operate. In electric power, finance, telecommunication, military, automobile, subway, large factories and other industries has been widely used. 
 
每年电池早期衰退导致的性能下降和劣化,使得大批量的电池报废,带来很大的经济损失,同时也带来了严重的环境污染。因此电池的修复与活化和电池的再利用一直是一个热点话题,尤其近年受到了国家相关部门的高度重视。

Therefore rehabilitation and activation of cell and battery recycling has always been a hot topic, especially in recent years attaches great importance by the national related department . 
 
众所周知,在各行各业里,对于电源安全要求较高的系统,都配有后备电源、UPS等,而蓄电池就是其中核心部分。这些蓄电池有很大一部分是成组使用,任何单节电池的老化落后,都会严重影响到整组电池的性能,并很快会使得整组电池中其他单体变坏,进而引起整组电池提前退出运行。就是作为单体使用的汽车电池,大部分仅仅因为不能正常启动汽车就全部被报废。实际上,对于落后或者变坏的蓄电池进行活化处理后,大部分都可以有效地重新激活电池,延长使用寿命,在蓄电池日常维护中有着很好的现实意义。

    活化仪不仅有对蓄电池进行的可编程充电/放电循环激活作用,还有以下几种独立的使用方式:电池充电,电池放电。所有充放电都是可编程的。充电自动按照三段式过程充电。这些功能完全满足了日常对于蓄电池维护的主要需求。

All charge and discharge are programmable. Charging according to the three-step process automatically. These functions fully meet the main demand for battery daily maintenance. 
本设备可以在线或者离线使用,同时兼容2V,6V,12V电池。
  This equipment can be used online or offline, at the same time, compatible with 2 V, 6 V, 12 V battery. 
 
二、功能
Ⅱ.Function
2.1电池充电
2.1 Battery charge
可编程对单体电池进行充电编程内容包括:电池编号,电池类型选择,充电电流,充电时间,电池电压上限设置; 
 充电方式:自动对蓄电池按照编程值进行三段式充电:恒流—恒压—浮充;
 当满足充电时间或是充电完成都会停止充电,显示充电完毕。
 恒流充电时,电流以I10进行充电,当电压超过限压时转化为恒压充电,当电流小于0.1I10时转化为浮充,曲线图如下图所示:

    Constant current charging, the charging current at I10, when the voltage exceeds limit voltage into constant voltage charging, when the current is less than 0.1 I10 into floating charge, the graph as shown in the figure below:

2.2电池放电
2.2 Battery discharge
    可编程对单体电池放电,编程内容包括:电池编号,电池类型选择,放电电流,放电时间,电池电压下限设置;
放电方式:恒流放电,低于限压或是放电时间到时停止放电,显示放电完毕;
实时显示放电动态过程信息;
温度检测,超出设定值自动启动风扇进行散热;

2.3电池活化
2.3 Battery activation
可编程对单体电池进行活化,编程内容包括:电池编号,电池类型选择,充电限压(上限),放电限压(下限),充放电循环次数,每个循环的充电电流,充电时间,放电时间,放电电流,脉冲修复选择;
活化方式:逐个循环按照编程值执行,放电完毕以低于限压或是放电设定时间到为准,充电完毕以充电设定时间到或是充电完毕为准;
实时显示活化动态过程信息;
温度监测,超出设定值自动启动风扇进行散热;

四、工作原理
Ⅳ.Working principle
活化仪的工作原理:电源中广泛使用的铅酸蓄电池和免维护电池的所谓失效和容量衰减,都直接表现为内阻增大、端电压升高、使用性能明显下降等。影响蓄电池的内在质量主要表现在蓄电池硫化,造成硫化的两个重要因素:一是极化电压,二是记忆效应,其中极化电压是在充电过程中,电荷堆积于蓄电池电极上而产生的反向,实际上表现为蓄电池内阻的增大。消除极化电压的有效方法,是采用负极性脉冲在蓄电池两端瞬间放掉电极上堆积的反极性电荷。记忆效应则可通过多次充放电来消除。落后蓄电池的活化是采用模糊数学控制理论,完全模拟蓄电池自身的充放电特性导出的多级充放电算法。模拟的结果完全再现每块蓄电池的自身充放电特征,达到激活落后电池提升其容量的目的,硫酸盐结晶被离子化,并作为一种活性材料不断地溶解在电解液中,降低蓄电池的内阻,稳定充电电压。经过活化激活后可恢复和提升电池的实际容量。
Working principle: it is widely used failure and capacity attenuation of lead-acid battery and maintenance-free battery in the power, which is directly related to increased internal resistance, voltage increases, performance decreased significantly. Effect of the intrinsic quality of battery mainly in battery vulcanization, two important factors caused by sulfide: one is the polarization voltage, the other is the memory effect. The polarization voltage is in the process of charging and charge accumulation resulting from the reverse battery electrodes, which shows a increase of the internal resistance of battery in fact.   Effective methods to eliminate the polarization voltage is used in the negative pulse battery electrode on the accumulation of free ends of instant reverse polarity charge . Memory effect can be eliminated by repeated charging and discharging. The backward battery activation uses the fuzzy mathematical control theory, multi-stage charging and discharging algorithm fully simulate the derived battery charge and discharge characteristics of itself.  Its charge and discharge characteristics simulation result completely reproduced for each battery, to activate the battery capacity to enhance its backward, sulfate crystallization is ionized, and as an active material continuously dissolved in the electrolyte, reducing the inner resistance of battery, and the charging voltage stability. The actual capacity can be restored and improved the battery after activation .
